I Am Steamy Shower Steamers are discs blended with powerful Menthol and our signature Rejuvenated essential oil blend — Peppermint, Lemon, Frankincense, Tea Tree, and Eucalyptus. They're made for anyone wanting a spa-like shower experience, designed to clear sinuses, ease congestion, and energise the mind.
Place the disc on the shower floor or shelf (preferably on a small dish) where it will contact water but not sit directly in the stream, or place in an organza bag and hang on the wall for a stronger experience. Discs can be broken in half. Avoid eyes, do not use in the bath, on children under 6, or if on blood thinners.
