DIRECTIONS: place disc on the shower floor or shelf (preferably on a small dish). It should be in a place where it will come in contact with water, but not directly in the shower stream. Alternatively place in an organza bag and hang of the wall (this will be a stronger experience). Discs can be broken in half.

INGREDIENTS: Bicarbonate of Soda, Citric Acid, Australian White Clay, Essential oils of Lemon (citrus limon), Frankincense (boswellia serrata), Eucalyptus (eucalyptus radiata), Australian Tea Tree (melaleuca alternifolia & Peppermint (mentha piperita), Menthol (Mentha arvensis) + Natural Solubiliser.

CAUTION: Avoid eyes, do not use in bath, do not use on children under 6, do not use if on blood thinners.

I Am Steamy Shower Steamer

I used one of these shower steamers for the first time last night. With a blocked nose and congestion making it hard to breathe at the moment, this shower steamer cleared me up straight away. It was the instant relief I needed before heading to bed and made it way easier to get to sleep. I highly recommend getting you hands on these - especially when you’re sick. It’s definitely a game-changer during a cold. Will 100% be getting this again - especially when I’m sick!
