Mineral-rich salts, including Epsom and Himalayan, are long known for their benefits of relaxing muscles, calming the nervous system, softening skin, and drawing out toxins and impurities. Rich in magnesium — a mineral commonly depleted in our bodies — soaking your feet or body in this combination of salts and essential oils helps restore your magnesium levels. Absorbing magnesium through the skin (transdermal absorption) is a safe and effective way to nourish your muscles and nerves, beautiful for tired, aching limbs and helping you relax, rejuvenate, restore, and prepare for sleep or the day ahead.
