RETURNS POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or return on non-faulty items so please choose carefully! Return for refund policy is not applicable for wrong colour or product choice for purchases made in-store or online. Nor do we refund for a change of mind. 

We do not refund for the subtle and unavoidable variations in colour, texture or scent that sometimes may occur between the batches with natural products, nor do we refund / exchange because a customer may not care for a product’s colour, texture or perceived performance on the individual. These are not faults.

I AM AROMATIC’s organic and natural ingredients are extremely unlikely to cause an adverse reaction. Without any known irritants, if you do experience an allergic reaction cease use. I AM AROMATICS  is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient; please read the ingredient list on this web site, packaging or information flyer before purchase or use.

Please do not purchase if you are unprepared to take the risk of an adverse or disappointing reaction. While we refund / exchange faulty products we do not refund / exchange because you don’t like a product or it has caused a reaction. We obviously cannot verify evidence of an adverse reaction with an online customer due to their inability to present in person and at the time to substantiate such a claim. I AM AROMATICS accepts no responsibility for any reactions caused by the brands I AM AROMATIC’S sells, and does not accept back products for this reason.

We recommend you do not use the products if you have a known allergy to an ingredient. If you have sensitive skin, please perform a "patch test" to ensure that your skin is compatible with a product before using.

All ingredient information is available on each product page for your convenience. It is the responsibility of you (the consumer) to read the ingredients of each product before purchasing and determining if the product is right for you.

Allergies to our products are not common. If you have been using a skincare line that contains synthetic ingredients before switching to our natural products, you may experience a ‘transition period’ in which the skin releases impurities that have built up from the use of these ingredients over time. These reactions are also uncommon, but if the reaction is severe, of course, please stop using the product. If you are unsure about your health condition & using essential oils please consult your GP or read our pregnancy safety PDF or contact us directly for general advice.

For any product return to be considered for exchange, repair, credit or refund, the customer must first email hello@iamaromatics or phone 0411 561 180 to clarify eligibility and process, and receive instructions on how the items are to be returned. This also permits clear communication. Do not send products back without phoning or emailing I AM AROMATICS first.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must still have the original receipt.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Gift cards – there are no returns on gift cards at all and expiry date cannot be extended.
