This bundle pairs the I Am Tranquil & Calm Flower Essence with the I Am Tranquil & Calm Natural Perfume Roller Blend. It's made for anyone experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, or overthinking, designed as a ritual duo — an internal remedy paired with an external, calming scent — with an included instruction and affirmation card.
Place 7 drops of the flower essence under the tongue as required, and use the affirmation card as a guide. Roll the natural perfume onto wrists, behind ears, neck, or arms as an alternative to perfume, or onto shoulders, throat, temples, stomach, or soles of the feet (wear socks) for therapeutic use. Patch test the roller first; avoid during the first trimester of pregnancy, with very low blood pressure, on blood thinners, or on children under 8.
