I Am Sniffly is a 15ml, 100% pure essential oil blend of Australian Lemon, Frankincense, Pine, Eucalyptus Dives, Tea Tree, and Lavender. It's a child-friendly, antibacterial and antiviral blend made to help clear airways and ease symptoms of allergies, coughs, and colds — Pine and Frankincense in particular are traditionally used for coughs, including dry, croup-like coughs.

Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser; for babies and small toddlers, use an interval setting (around 20 minutes on/off) or diffuse for shorter 2-3 hour stretches. Avoid during the first trimester of pregnancy and on babies under 3 months.
