Enhance the atmosphere for a restful sleep, and soothe the soul.  A grounding, floral and calming aroma. Apply a few drops to palm of hand, gently rub and inhale deeply.

INGREDIENTS: Essential Oils of Lavender, Australian Mandarin, Marjoram & Patchouli. - 15mls

DIRECTIONS: Add 10-20 drops to diffuser, 5-10 drops for bath or carrier oil. (See I Am Calm in our Mother & Child Range for a safer alternative).

CAUTION: Avoid during 1st trimester of pregnancy, if on blood thinning medication, if very low blood pressure & children <2
