I Am Calm is a 100% pure essential oil blend of Lavender, Australian Mandarin, Australian Lemon, Frankincense, and Marjoram. It's made to help mother, baby, and child settle into a soothing, restful sleep.

Use in a diffuser, or dilute to 1.5% in a carrier oil before adding to a bath. Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy or on babies under 3 months.
