I Am Clove is a 15ml bottle of steam-distilled Clove Bud essential oil (Eugenia Caryophyllus Bud Oil). It's warm, spicy, and rich, made for anyone wanting an analgesic, antiseptic, antispasmodic oil known to help prevent colds and flu — it's also a key ingredient in I Am The Guardian for immune support.
Dip a cotton tip in the oil and apply to the area around an aching tooth to soothe discomfort (avoid swallowing). For mould, mix 1/4-1/2 teaspoon per litre into a hot water, bicarb soda, and vinegar solution, mist onto affected surfaces, leave 20 minutes, then wipe off and dry in sunlight or ventilation. A few drops on a cotton pad also deters pantry moths. Avoid on children under 2, during pregnancy, or directly on skin — it's an irritant; do not exceed 0.5% dilution, and avoid if on anticoagulant medication or with pets.
