Use the mist as a natural perfume, room spray, or pillow spray — spray into your hand and inhale, or wherever you like. Use the roller on wrists, behind ears, neck, or arms as an alternative to perfume, or on the back of the neck, temples, shoulders, stomach, or soles of the feet (wear socks) for therapeutic use.
