I Am The Guardian is a 15ml essential oil blend of Sweet Australian Orange, Organic Clove Bud, Cinnamon Bark, Rosemary, and Eucalyptus. It's made as an all-purpose antibacterial cleaner, designed for wiping and mopping kitchen and bathroom surfaces safe and fresh, and can be diffused carefully after a virus has swept through the house.
Add 10-20 drops to a diffuser, or 20 drops to 250ml of water or vinegar as a cleaning agent (see our Citrus Infused Cleaner recipe). This blend is potent — best used in the middle or at the end of an infection rather than the onset, to let the immune system do its own work; try I Am Rejuvenated for milder, earlier support. Avoid diffusing around children under 8 or during pregnancy; do not use directly on skin or with high blood pressure or epilepsy.
