I Am Tranquil & Calm is a 100% pure essential oil blend of Lavender, Australian Mandarin, Marjoram, and Patchouli, available in 15ml, 30ml, 50ml, and 100ml. It's designed for anyone who needs help easing tension and winding down before bed, whether diffused through the home or applied topically.

A: It's a 100% pure essential oil blend of Lavender, Australian Mandarin, Marjoram, and Patchouli — no carrier oil or synthetic fillers. Because it's undiluted, don't apply directly to skin at full strength; dilute 5–10 drops into a carrier oil for massage or bath use.
Q: What size should I start with?
A: The 15ml bottle ($39) is the standard starting size and, at 10–20 drops per diffuser session, gives roughly 15–30 uses. If you diffuse daily, the 30ml ($68), 50ml ($80), or 100ml ($155) sizes work out cheaper per ml.
Q: How many drops do I use, and how often?
A: For a diffuser, use 10–20 drops per session. For a bath or diluted into a carrier oil for massage, use 5–10 drops.
Q: Is this safe around children or during pregnancy?

Q: What's the difference between the 15ml and 100ml sizes besides price?
A: Only the quantity — it's the same 100% pure blend at every size. The 100ml bottle works out to roughly $1.55/ml versus $2.60/ml for the 15ml bottle, so larger sizes are better value if you diffuse regularly.
Q: Can I use this on my skin directly?
A: Not at full strength. As a 100% pure essential oil blend with no carrier oil, it needs to be diluted first (5–10 drops into a carrier oil) before applying to skin, to avoid irritation.
Q: How is this different from the I Am Tranquil & Calm Natural Perfume Roller?
A: This is undiluted 100% essential oil meant for diffusing or DIY dilution, sold in 15ml–100ml sizes. The Natural Perfume Roller is the same core blend (plus Light Patchouli) pre-diluted in fractionated coconut oil in a 10ml roll-on, ready to apply straight to skin.
Q: Will this actually help me sleep, or is that just marketing?
